Shipping
I want your new artwork to arrive safely and in beautiful condition.
Every painting is carefully packaged for shipping, with larger works professionally crated when necessary.
All original paintings are insured during transit.
Shipping arrangements and costs are confirmed before your purchase is finalized. Complimentary shipping may be available for some purchases within the contiguous United States.
International shipping is available, with costs quoted individually.
Returns
I want you to love the artwork you bring into your home. If a painting isn't quite what you envisioned, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact me within those 14 days to arrange a return. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and carefully packaged for safe transport. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the painting has been safely received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping costs, will be issued. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, including shipping that was complimentary at the time of purchase. Any shipping costs that may be deducted from a refund will be disclosed before your purchase is finalized.
Commissioned Paintings
Because commissioned paintings are created especially for you, all commission sales are final once the artwork has been approved.
Throughout the creative process, we work closely together to make sure your painting is just right. I share detailed photographs and close-up images so you can explore the colors, textures, and details.
You can even see how your painting will look in your own home or office! Simply send me a photograph of your space and the width of the wall, and I can create a realistic preview showing your painting in its intended setting.
For clients within approximately one hour of Portland, Oregon, I can personally deliver your painting and arrange a one-week in-home review before final approval.
Gallery Purchases
Paintings purchased through one of my representing galleries are subject to that gallery's shipping and return policies.
