I’ve always felt that glass can create a barrier between us and the artwork we want to truly enjoy.

That thought inspired me to collaborate with Pearl Framing & Gallery to design a custom open system. Using strong earth magnets, the frames hold full sheets of watercolor paper securely in place—without glass.

The result is simple and flexible: the paintings feel more alive and accessible, and you can easily rotate them whenever you’re ready for a fresh look in your space.

I think this idea may have been planted in me long ago. Growing up, my mother would change the drapes in our living room with the seasons, and it brought new energy into our home. In my own way, I’ve found a way to do the same with artwork.
